Where will I meet my driver at PUJ airport?
Right outside the arrivals area at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Once you clear customs and pick up your bags, walk out the exit — your driver will be there holding a sign with your name on it. We track your flight in real time, so we are there before you walk out.
Do you deliver directly to my Bávaro or Cap Cana resort?

What happens if my flight is delayed?
No worries — and no extra charges. We track every flight automatically using its airline code. If you arrive late, your driver simply waits. If you arrive early, we adjust too. Flight tracking and waiting time are always included in the price.
How do I pay for the transfer?
You can pay online when booking with credit or debit card, or pay in cash directly to the driver in USD, EUR or DOP. We do not require any deposit and there are no hidden fees — the price you see is the final price.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Need to change the date, time or destination? Just contact us via email, phone or WhatsApp and we will adjust everything for you at no extra cost.
Are child seats available?
Absolutely. We offer infant car seats, toddler seats and booster seats free of charge — just let us know the age and weight of the child during booking, and we will have the right seat ready in the vehicle when you arrive.
