Do I need to pay in advance?
For most standard transfers and tours, you can reserve online and pay your driver or guide on the day of service in USD or local currency.
Where will the driver wait for me?
At the airport, our driver will be right outside the terminal holding a sign with your name. For cruise ports, we wait outside the main gate.
Do you monitor delayed flights?
Yes! If you provide your flight number, we track it live. We will adjust our pickup time automatically at no extra charge.
