Where will I meet my driver at POP airport?
Right outside the arrivals terminal at Gregorio Luperón International Airport (POP). Once you clear customs and pick up your bags, head to the exit — your driver will be standing there holding a sign with your name. We monitor your flight in real time, so we are there before you walk out.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No worries — and no extra charges. We track every flight automatically using its airline code. If you arrive late, your driver simply waits. If you arrive early, we adjust too. Flight tracking and waiting time are always included in the price.
How do I pay for the transfer?
You can pay online when booking with credit or debit card, or pay in cash directly to the driver in USD, EUR or DOP. We do not require any deposit and there are no hidden fees — the price you see is the final price.
Can I cancel or change my booking?

Are child seats available?
Absolutely. We offer infant car seats, toddler seats and booster seats free of charge — just let us know the age and weight of the child during booking, and we will have the right seat ready in the vehicle when you arrive.
